Integrated Energy Therapy is a powerful, hands-on healing technique that is guided by the angels and focuses on identifying and releasing suppressed energy blockages from the human energy field. This energy can become stuck in the body as a result of physical illness, emotional stress, limiting beliefs and past trauma.
Using a unique cellular memory map, IET targets nine specific areas of the body, where suppressed memories are stored. It then releases them gently and safely on all levels from your cellular memory, replacing them with positive energy imprints. This process is particularly helpful for those who struggle to talk about their feelings, as long-held emotional pain and trauma can be quickly released from the body, without the need to talk about or relive the trauma.
During an IET session, the therapist channels integrated energy to the client through a series of gentle hand placements on various parts of the body (e.g. top of the head, throat, stomach). Unlike other energy therapies, whatever is brought to the surface is cleared immediately within the session, a process which can bring about a deep sense of peace, joy and freedom.​

Connecting with your angels
IET supports self-healing at all levels, increases your connection to your angels and helps you work with them in your life to find meaning, purpose and peace. At the beginning of an IET session, I will first and foremost call on Jesus to guide and support the session - as He is the ultimate healer - and then as the healing progresses, I am intuitively guided to call on different angels to work with the person. Here is a brief overview of three of the Archangels that I often connect with during IET sessions.
Archangel Raphael
Raphael means ‘The divine healer’. He is the chief angel for healing and restoration – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. God wants us to be well, and health and healing is Archangel Raphael’s area of expertise! When we call on him for help, he will immediately get to work on bringing the healing and guidance we need to restore our bodies, minds and spirits back to a state of health and well-being. One of the most common signs that Archangel Raphael is with you is seeing flashes or sparks of emerald green light, as this is Raphael’s signature hue.
Archangel Michael
Michael is the one ‘Who is like God.’ He is an exceptionally strong angel who fights evil with the power of good and protects people in times of trouble. He is dedicated to truth, integrity and justice and communicates directly with people when he helps them. Michael also helps to motivate people to develop the skills and talents they need to fulfil their purpose. Some signs of Michael’s presence are hearing his guidance in your mind or a strong gut feeling, a sense of comfort or warmth and even seeing cobalt blue lights in a crisis.
Archangel Gabriel
Gabriel is ‘The great messenger.’ He is known as the angel of revelation because God often chooses him to deliver important messages to people. He represents creativity and ideas and will help you in any constructive endeavour you may pursue. People often call on Gabriel to help give them the wisdom they need to make decisions and help to communicate effectively with other people. Signs that Archangel Gabriel may be communicating with you are seeing white or golden coppery lights, sudden clarity about a specific situation or vivid dreams featuring angelic imagery.
